Hello Ginny, We apologize for not being here that Saturday when you tried contacting us. Due to an unexpected occurance the office was closed that day, so no one was here to answer your questions. We did respond as quickly as we could. Unfortunately, we can not predict when the manufacturer will discontinue an item, we are so very sorry that this had affected your order. As soon as that information became available to us we notified you of this and the cancelation via email, which was sent at the time of refund.

Our return guidelines are as follows: • Must be returned within 30 days • Must be unopened and unused in its original packaging *due to the nature of our products • Must be an authorized return with an issued Return Authorization number We do not sell our customers anything that has been opened and in turn cannot accept anything back in the same condition.
