I ordered 2 items necessary for my diabetes. One of the items came very quickly, but the one I really wanted was over a week in arriving. I was just getting ready to call customer service, but it was during the holidays and nothing was open. Ifn I order again I will give myself closer to 3 weeks to insure that I do not run out of my supplies

We understand that you need your items as soon as possible and we do our best to get orders shipped within 24 hours. We have warehouses throughout the United States and we always ship from the warehouse nearest to you. We do know it was in national news that USPS had delays due to Covid restrictions. Normally things wouldn't be as delayed. Have a Wonderful Day
