Hello Robin, We apologize for the issue that occurred with your order, we understand the urgency of getting these types of products as soon as possible. The item you had ordered was out of stock so we were unable to fill the order, at the time of cancelation we sent over a message about this and explained the issue.

Hello, We sincerely apologize for the cancelation of your order. Due to a worldwide shortage, this order had to cancel. Even though at the time of ordering when the stock was available, it still depleted more rapidly than expected. Whenever an order is canceled we send a detailed email to our customers with an explanation as to why the order was canceled as well as a phone call I f there is a valid phone number on the order.
