The item you had ordered was out of stock so we were unable to fill the order, at the time of cancelation we sent over a message about this and explained the issue. The stock levels for that particular item change rapidly as some customers purchase them in large quantities. We are sorry for the inconvenience that was caused and hope in the future we can provide you with a better experience while shopping with us.

However, due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, many of our FLU related products such as Masks, Sanitizers, Gowns, Gloves, etc. ran low / out of stock before our up-to-date stock numbers could be reflected online.
