Personal customer service provided by phone was outstanding! Customer service rep took time to walk me through the choices and make sure what I was ordering was what I needed. She also handled the return of previous items and made it seamless. The website could be clearer, especially for new customers about what products they are getting. Terminology for adult diapers is confusing.

Comfidry 24/7 is a great product. The only briefs I find that are leakproof so that I do not have to continually wash bedding every day. Combined with an underpad it makes life so much easier. Fewer items to cart daily to the laundromat.

My experience was that I received instant notification that they had received my order, & they kept me advised every step of the order process!
