Hello Chelsea, Our deepest apologies, we had to cancel your order as we ran out of stock before our up-to-date inventory numbers could be reflected online as we had thousands of orders placed at the same time, this has never happened before, by the time you placed your second order we were still out and working tirelessly to get the funds released back. If we were able to add our customers to a waitlist we would have done so, unfortunately we can not. Please be assured that we're extremely sorry for the inconvenience and have since put some safeguards in place so that this doesn't happen again. We understand your frustration with this matter, as we ran out of stock before our up-to-date inventory numbers could be reflected online, this has never happened before. Please be assured that you will be fully refunded back onto your original form of payment for the unshipped items in the days to come. We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience and have since put some safeguards in place so that this doesn't happen again. Lastly, we sincerely apologize for the delay in communication as our customer care team is having to contact a few thousand customers, one by one.
