Having to file a Fraud report with San Diego Country District Attorney's Office
I'm a long time customer, who unfortunately now has to file a Consumer Fraud report with the San Diego County District Attorney's Office. I had placed a large order and it was never delivered; I called ExpressMed and their answering system directed me to Email them, the Email's bounced back. I filed a dispute with PayPal and eventually had to "escalate" after ExpressMed didn't reply. After the escalation with PayPal, ExpressMed then provided PayPal with a "proof of delivery" from a 2 month old previous order. PayPal didn't even bother to examine the "Proof of Delivery", it showed that the items were delivered 2 months BEFORE I ordered them.
