I have one complaint which is really my fault not yours hence the five stars. The heating/ice pad was much smaller than what I wanted to purchase. For the size that it is a bag of frozen corn works much better. My fault. Your product is well made and arrived on time. I may look in to buying a different item more to my needs and this time pay attn to the dimensions. ☺️
