I ordered an expensive product through them that arrived on time. But when I opened the box it wasn’t what I ordered. I contacted them through their website chat and Clarissa took care of it delivering the correct product. Nice customer experience.

Good prices for test strips, but the price increases with every order, so who knows for how long the price is going to be good.

I ordered a home commode from ExpressMed using the Model number sticker on my aged friend's worn-out one. It turned out the manufacturer had redesigned the unit with a smaller seat hole that doesn't work for my friend, and they did not change the model number! No model was available in the former configuration. Phone support from Julia and then Shirley made for easy re-crediting of my credit card payment. Not only that, ExpressMed agreed for us to simply DONATE the wrong commode, rather than returning it, to the elder care facility hosting my friend. These are business practices that I can endorse! I will see to it that the facility is informed that the donation is from ExpressMed, not from me or my friend.

The products that I have ordered are as described and shipments are prompt However, I am really frustrated that credit card information was not changed on my auto ship orders and now I am going to call for the 3rd time to get this corrected. As stated previously VERY frustrating!

its ok but some of the alochol preps were dry. but for the price i paid for it is pretty good.

The service was excellent but the cost of my purchase doubled in the past 3 months? That's crazy!

Very Good Product, but had to get a size smaller than I needed and so I can only wear them for a short time. They need to make them in X-Tra Large and XX-Large for us people who are grown to Man Size.
