I know the pandemic has caused great shortages, however, we have yet to receive our refund for the purchase we made 2 weeks ago that was suddenly out of stock.

they suck, they show inventory then 3 weeks later they cancel the order. I could have purchased somewhere else. they are the worst.

Please be assured that you will be fully refunded back onto your original form of payment for the unshipped items in the days to come. We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience and have since put some safeguards in place so that this doesn't happen again. Lastly, we sincerely apologize for the delay in communication as our customer care team is having to contact a few thousand customers, one by one.

I’ve been ordering from expressmed for about two years and now on my last order which was the more then $300 of contour next test strips I have not received. And no one could call me back or respond to my emails. Covid19 can’t be the excuse! I want some answers or I’m reporting this to BBB.

The item you had ordered was out of stock so we were unable to fill the order, at the time of cancelation we sent over a message about this and explained the issue. The stock levels for that particular item change rapidly as some customers purchase them in large quantities.
