We ordered on a Saturday and as of Wednesday had not heard anything about shipping. I called and the individual who took my call was most helpful. It shipped that day and arrived last night in time for July 4!

Great products. The package came without the bracket and when I called they were very nice and told me they would overnight it to me. About an hour and a half later a bracket was delivered to my door! I would highly recommend this company. Thank you! It's great to be flying my beautiful American flag again.

My order arrived very quickly, as promised. The flags are of good quality, and were what I was hoping. Worth noting, that I had a question after receiving my order, and, so, emailed Express Flags. They researched their inventory and replied to me the same day. That kind of service can't be beat.

I thought it would have shipped by now so that I could have received for the 4th of July. Yes I am disappointed so we shall see what kind of quality will show up? Hopefully they will redeem themselves.

Very easy install! Only wish that the description of the flag poles where listed u dear the picture. I was not expecting a gold pole.
