Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience with Express Capital did not meet your expectations, and we understand your frustration regarding the points you've raised. We pride ourselves on transparency and clear communication throughout the loan process. Our records indicate that the $1050 fee was explicitly discussed with you and clearly communicated as the discounted early repayment cost of the loan, not an interest payment. We aim to ensure all clients fully understand the terms of their agreement. Regarding access to loan documents, balance, and payment options, we understand the importance of having this information readily available. While we currently facilitate early payoff requests through direct communication with your dedicated representative to ensure accuracy and personalized assistance, we are always reviewing our processes to enhance client convenience and accessibility to information. Our Sales Manager has been in contact, and we are committed to resolving any outstanding concerns you may have. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further with you directly to ensure all your questions are answered and to clarify any misunderstandings. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our Sales Manager or your dedicated funding rep at your earliest convenience. We value your business and are dedicated to providing excellent service.
