My wife and I recently were aboard the Humboldt Explorer; traveling the Galapagos Islands. The dives were the most challenging we have ever experienced. Very strong currents. Our guides Alex and Gabby were extremely helpful in guiding us through the crazy currents. We saw plenty...lost count on how many sharks passed us by. The crew was exceptional and the kitchen staff laid out some tasty eats. There was only one Whale Shark siting...though plenty of other critters, spotted eagle rays and a Manta Ray. All in all one of the best dive adventures that we have been on. This trip was a lot more than just another dive trip...I personally loved the challenging conditions. I came away a much better diver. Hard working crew who made each step of trip memorable and easy. Gourmet meals and snacks daily including fresh sashimi! New clean and efficient boat. Captain working along rest of crew to ensure we were taken care of. He truly cared about our experience and helped with departures/arrivals from Pangas for each dive cheering us on and caring to hear how our dives went. Dive sites pristine and the waters of Galapagos did not disappoint with wildlife. Multiple whale sharks, highways of hammerheads, coral and fish which made me feel like I was in an aquarium. Could not be happier with trip, boat and crew. Highly recommend.

The boat was new (or newly refurbished) so was in great condition. It was bright, airy, clean and comfortable and the staff were constantly keeping it like that. The food was fabulous. The cabin staff were so helpful and friendly. The dive staff were very knowledgeable and also worked tirelessly to give us the best dive experiences while keeping everyone informed and safe. We were very saddened to leave and determined to come back!

The Humbolt Explorer was a fantastic boat with excellent staff that went above and beyond. They took care of me with special care. The food was to die for. All fresh and tasty. The dive services were excellent even though I had some equipment failure which was rectified immediately. Highly recommended.

I recently dove on the Explorer Tiberon in the Galapagos. There were so many great things about this trip its hard to explain them without experiencing them. The diving was outstanding. More Hammerhead sharks than I knew existed. Galapagos Sharks, White tip, Black tip, Mola Mola fish, Sea lions, Marine Iguanas are many of the sights I really enjoyed seeing. The Boat was very nice but the crew was unbelievable!!! They provided the absolute best service I have ever had on a live aboard. 5 Stars isn't enough. Thank you for the Great Service and Awesome trip!!!!!!

An amazing experience worthy of 5 stars. From the moment we arrived onboard we were treated to an amazing experience that will live with us for a lifetime. The ship, the crew, the service were all top notch. Not only did the ship and crew function as our guides for this adventure, they also provided an education into the history, geology, flora and fauna that make the Galapagos Islands famous.

Turks & Caicos Explorer II - July 17-24, 2021 Fantastic crew for this trip! Captain Bob was friendly and kept us safe. Chef Stan made wonderful meals and snacks. Mark kept the mechanics working perfectly. Heather was helpful and organized. Tino, Jay, and Jo provided great dive briefings (including fun costumes) and pointed out many interesting creatures! The boat has individual controls for the A/C in each room, vacuum-system toilets that you don't need to worry when you flush (best on any liveaboard I have ever been on), and high enough ceilings that my tall husband did not have any scars on his head. Had a great time and look forward to returning again in the near future!

The Tiburon Explorer Venture's new Galapagos yacht is wonderful: the layout, cabins topside and below huge, big windows to enjoy the scenery, service from the kindest/caring staff was amazing. Food and beverage service 5-star. Their itinerary includes the best variety of marine sightings: Mola Mola, Whalesharks, marine iguanas dives and snorkel is such fun.
