Fantastic experience! It was an adjustment to have a staff as attentive and available as those on the Tiburon; they took such good care of us. We all felt like family by the end of the week; hard to say goodbye!

Amazing experience. Crew was fantastic 100% of the time. Would highly recommend this trip, this boat, this crew to anyone looking for a liveaboard experience in the Galapagos.

We were treated like royalty, but also like friends. The Captain and crew run a tight ship and an incredibly enjoyable ship. The food and drinks were outstanding and plentiful. Briefings were entertaining and thorough. We saw all the bucket list fish, creatures and animals. Worth every penny.

This was an amazing first liveaboard experience!! All-in wonderful week: crew, food, accommodations, diving, pace, variability of dive sites, everything!!! The crew was so attentive, approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. Everyone – the Captain, Engineer, Purser, Dive Instructors, and Chef were amazing. They each played a critical role in ensuring our safety, enjoyment, experience, and entertainment. My expectations were surpassed!! Information was always available and posted (Daily Schedule Board; Daily Menu; etc.). The pace of each day was perfect - - - -> maximizing dive-time, while still allowing for relaxation, meals, and conversation. The salon was well-equipped with movies, books and other reading materials on the area, diving, and related topics. The cabins were sufficient with comfortable beds, various pillows, blankets, and individual heating / air-conditioning temperature controls. The showers were always hot with solid water pressure. Sink, toilet, and lights were all clean and in good working condition. The ship was exactly as shown on the website. The cabins contained several clothes hangers, 2 bedside USB ports and adequate electrical outlets. The sun deck was always clean and clear, and lounge-chairs were always available. The upper deck had dry/covered seating and a self-serve refrigerator always containing cold drinks. The food was flavorful and Stan always ensured that each meal contained a variety of options. There was always a protein or two, grains, vegetables, bread, and vegetarian options. The soups were amazing, and the Caesar Salad was one of the best dressings I have ever tasted. Beverages, ice, fruit, and snacks (cookies, crackers, etc.) are self-serve available all day. Captain Jean Francois leads a great team and was a seasoned professional that passengers were confident and comfortable with. It was clear that his crew not only enjoyed working with him but respected him and worked well together. The diving was excellent too! Tanks were always promptly filled and never under 3000 PSI of air. All Dive Instructors / Dive Masters (Jo, Tino, and RJ) were always safety conscious and checking air-levels and comfort of all divers. Jo provided wonderful pre-dive briefings, drawing clear maps, and explaining depths, currents, markers, and potential sites. Tino always honed-in on the specific interests of guests and made sure to point-out those items while on the dive, permitting everyone the opportunity to see and photograph the item. RJ was the upmost professional, always ensuring that each diver was accounted-for and comfortable. His navigation was always on-point; he always gave clear and correct direction and distance instruction for those returning to the boat early. I always felt in good hands diving with all of them. Patricia took the most beautiful underwater photos, and kept administration and logistics running smoothly throughout the week. The week was a blast and there is nothing that could have been attended to by the crew better. We will certainly go on another Explorer Ventures trip in the future.

The trip was absolutely fantastic, and made perfect by the crew. The food was first class and every meal and snack was perfect. The crew made every dive a great experience despite all the Covid restrictions. I would thoroughly recommend this trip to anyone who loves to dive with a very enthusiastic crew and dive guides. Every crew member from AJ the stewardess to Sarah the captain were a credit to their employers and the boat. I will definitely be returning to this boat and diving with Explorer Ventures again.
