I was going to purchase a watch on expert voice that was advertised at 285.00 after savings. I copied the code and followed the link to the official site. It took me directly to the watch I wanted and I added it to my cart and applied the code. It came out to 405.00. I went back to the expert voice site and confirmed the price and model and copied the code again. Followed the link and tried again and got the same result. I tried contacting expert voice and asked for an agent but was never moved passed the AI bot. It gave me a case number and said someone would follow up. 2 days go by and nothing. So I follow up with the bot again. Then i received an email saying they would follow up with me again. Its been a week and nothing. Thats a pretty big price difference. I can understand mistakes, but the lack of human acknowledgement is what really irked me. At least have someone address it. The worst part is, the price and code is still advertised on expert voice for that watch! I tried again just to see and still coming out to 405.00. Really disappointed in expert voice customer service on this one. Edit* As of 9/29 Expert Voice finally reach out. They weren't able to honor the price they advertised, but came up with an extremely fair offer for something else. I appreciate the out of the box thinking and offer. It was more than i had anticipated after the initial service.

While deals can range considerably versus direct professional relationships with outdoor companies, expertvoice has made it so much easier to access pro offers than requesting every place one by one. Their training feels a little like a retail job but I get the point and appreciate them sharing info as people do ask us for gear advice all the time.
