I was missing an item from my order and Expertvoice handled the communication with the company it came from. I eventually had a new item shipped to me. I saw that I had to resolve my issue with a chat bot. "UGHH!". What I didn't realize is that was like a reservation list at a restaurant. Real people reached back and solved my issue. I really like Expert Voice as a retailer and I now know that if I have an issue, it will get resolved.

Months later I got an email to leave a review, I simply just said it failed first time out and left it at that. Expertvoice took it upon themselves to reach out to the manufacturer and get me a replacement.
