Robert T was truly an expert--he helped me with what for me was a very complicated process to get our email service back on the iphone to access it. He was very clear, super patient, and incredibly helpful and always had an answer--a 'next step' to keep me doing it correctly! We have lots of appreciation for him!

Anthony is very thorough
Anthony is very thorough on walking me thru potential resolutions of my problem. While it is not completely resolved it is getting much better. There seems to be some hidden issue that he not yet uncovered, but he will find it.
