I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this provider. I am now at my third appointment and from the beginning I made it very clear that I could not afford to keep paying for repeated appointments every time a small medication adjustment was needed. I was under the impression that minor adjustments could be handled by email, but when I later asked for confirmation of this in writing, I was told this would not be done. What has frustrated me most is that I feel the focus has shifted from finding the right treatment for me to the ongoing cost of appointments. I completely understand that medical providers need to charge for their time, but there needs to be some consideration for patients who simply cannot afford repeated consultations just to make small adjustments to medication. I am trying to manage ADHD treatment responsibly and under medical supervision. Instead, I now feel financially pressured and incredibly frustrated by the process. The repeated costs have caused me a significant amount of stress and have left me questioning whether I can even afford to continue treatment. I genuinely wanted help with my ADHD, but unfortunately my experience has made me feel like the financial side of treatment has taken priority over making the process manageable for the patient. I am sharing my experience because I think people considering this provider should be aware of the potential ongoing costs and the process involved before committing.
