I ordered a foldable bag from this company, paid for it in full, and selected home delivery. After four months, the package had still not arrived, so I contacted their customer support. They apologized for the inconvenience and assured me they would resolve the issue immediately. Another month passed, and nothing happened. I contacted them again, but they neither refunded my money nor were they able to locate or deliver the package. Instead, they are now trying to blame me by falsely claiming that I refused delivery, even though the package never reached me. I will never order from this company again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. In my experience, they are not trustworthy, and I seriously question whether this is even a legitimate business.

Took a long time to arrive which I wasn’t expecting, however, the shorts are fantastic. Customer services were very good at communicating.

Excellent product, unfortunately the delivery times are very long. I ordered a second product, and after many weeks, the second one arrived before the first one, which still hasn't arrived...

It's a scam. They sent a tracking that can only be tracked through their website. According to this the parcel is in my country since 2 months, but I never got it. I chatted with customer service they can only say that I should wait. They won't provide me with local tracking so I can contact the carrier. I reported the company to EU authorities.
