I asked for a 50K trip cancellation insurance per person for 2 travelers. It sent me a 7.5K trip cancellation insurance per person for 2 persons.

We fulfilled the plan you purchased. Trip cancellation is set by the trip cost you declare, and yours was declared at $15,000 for two. Higher limits are available at a higher premium. It's unfortunate you placed this review before bringing it to our attention. We immediately called, emailed and WhatsApp Saturday and Sunday to make it right and did not reach you. We have refunded you in full and cancelled the policy. We cover trips at your direction. Tell us the value you want covered and we will get you insured.
