Fast delivery, great customer service. The quality is very good for the price. The backpack is totally waterproof and it very helpful during my outdoor activities.

Don’t buy from this company! I order from them 2 months ago and they claim they had deals! I bought 3 bags and 1 water bottle! They gave me $71 discount + keychains for free! I had to email them every week if they going to ship soon and they were every week “soon” it took the soon to be month and half! Without telling me when! So I missed my husband anniversary gift and birthday gift! When I finally got it I was missing 1x bag and the keychain! I had photos of my items, receipts and all the copies of emails! They totally claimed that I didn’t order 3 bags! I show photos, receipts and they still argue that I didn’t pay them for 3 bags! So I ask where is my $71 savings then and of course they just repeat the same thing! So I didn’t get any deals at all!!! No free gift either lol and it came from china not Bali. The quality is also not that great! The bag doesn’t fold and the strap is sliding and not staying in place! I really regret supporting this company! I’m really big on where I spend my money and mainly support small companies but this is cam!!

Do not buy anything from this company. I have been waiting for delivery of my order. When I contacted them to cancel the order to get a refund they said it was too late as it was in train for delivery...... still waiting. A complete scam!

I turned to Expedition Units because their published ethos emphasizes environmental responsibility and sustainability, but my actual experience with their product and customer service has been entirely contradictory. I purchased one of their 5-panel camper hiking hats online. Upon arrival, the poor manufacturing structure and overall quality were immediately apparent - especially when compared to other 5-panel campers I have owned in the past. Because of these structural flaws, it also did not fit well. However, the real issue has been the return process. After reaching out to initiate a return, I was met with 11 days of unnecessary questions, minuscule offers, and conflicting information. Direct questions were repeatedly ignored, turning a simple return into a massive waste of time. For a company that markets itself so highly on conscious consumerism and care, the actual customer service is completely lacking. I am still left incredibly dissatisfied and would caution others before buying.

Overall, pretty solid for what it costs. The materials feel durable and well made. Waterproofing does the job kept my stuff dry in the rain. The design is simple and practical too. No complaints so far

Do not buy anything from this company. The bag is poor quality. The seams split open just by rolling the top and trying to remove the air. When I contacted the company they told me to get it repaired locally.

DO NOT BUY THIS BAG! Its about as big and a drawstring bag on the inside. You better love it on first site because if you even remove it from the original plastic they wont let you return it. If your bag is defective they pretty much just says lol sucks for you, you took the hang tag off. OFF OF A BACKPACK THAT YOU WONT EVEN KNOW IS DEFECTIVE UNTIL YOU USE it! Customer service is actual garbage and takes 2-4 business days to respond.
