Never Again!
Right from the start, the reps from the Burlington office dropped the ball. From getting off the plane to loading the buses etc. Then the airline strike happened and neither the reps nor the company itself gave anyone any direction, in fact the reps left the hotel and went shopping while we all stood around wondering how we were getting home after paying for an all inclusive trip.Everyone ended up booking their own flights home.
