This tool is an excellent way to help providers improve their service! I was very impressed to receive a call from the CEO following my initial comment to understand the basis of my score and comments on the compay's service. It was very encouraging to know that this was not just an administrative exercise and that client feedback was taken seriously. That in itself is worth a 5 star rating! I am sure the key point that I was making about seamless continuity is now well understood and will be implemented. In terms of your main core service which of course is to submit your clients' tax returns in a professional manner - I have no hesitation in rating that core aspect as 5 star.
