Do you really think it's pleasant to be told : " be "fair", "honest" and.... "What else" ??? Do you think your customers are joking ? And also...Why should you help me how to write a useful review ? Am I free in my opinions, or not ? Your after-sales questionnaire leaves much to be desired !
