Fantastic experience working with Expansion Desk! I needed a trained medical biller and within a week they found me one, we did the interview and service began. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received both from Expansion Desk HQ and from the biller I hired. As for HQ, Prateek is right there to help whenever anything is needed (which isn't often because the service is very smooth). He answers any questions I have very quickly and makes sure I am taken care of. As for the biller I use, He is wonderful! He always knows what to do when I give him tasks and picks up very quickly on anything I do need to train him on. He is very professional and a hard worker. The low cost of using this service is just the cherry on top!
