Felipe P.
The artist-entrepreneur (fail)
Jonathan has been busy taking care of his art business. It probably came out of hand to pull off the mouse project the way he once intended. Despite every possible problem he might have encountered in the process of making it happen, it is very unfortunate that he has failed to honor the trust of hundreds of buyers / bakers to this project. In the course of the months, we are left with terrible excuses and a promise that the long wait will be worth an amazing mouse experience. Because no one has every received any mouse from him, and for over a year every excuse laid on external factors, I can only condemn Jonathan as fraudulent . Because there is no guaranty for refund, no customer service, no regular updates, no concrete proofs of the production in progress, no estimation for any phase of the production... we are finally allowed to call it EXOvault a big SCAM. Too good to believe. A beautiful piece of art to be seen only on screens.

Felipe, We are sorry you are upset. Our estimates in regards to shipping have been delayed but we will deliver. We have already been able to deliver some mice. We are working with many suppliers and we have had many difficulties but we continue to work. In this modern age, it's easy to take technological things for granted. They are in fact very difficult to make happen and we have very high standards. You can see our updates and proof of production on Kickstarter: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/exovault/exovault-mouse-artwork-in-your-hand/posts Our avg time between updates is 11 days. You can also see them here: https://exovault.com/pages/mouse-production If this were a scam it would be a very poor one as we are in fact in the red with this project. Please have faith we will finish and you will get your mouse. Jonathan
