We're sorry to hear about the issue you've encountered. According to the carrier's tracking information, the package was confirmed as delivered to the front door. Unfortunately, instances of package theft are out of our control once the carrier has confirmed delivery. We've checked with the carrier, and proof of delivery, along with the pin of the delivery location, was secured to be at the specified address. We understand the frustration this situation may cause and sympathize with your experience. If there's anything else we can assist you with or if you have further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. Your satisfaction is our priority.
