We regret to hear about your experience. If our order packing team accidentally ships a customer the wrong item, we would of course cover the costs of returning the wrong item and shipping the correct item out to the customer. In this case, the customer added the wrong item to the cart, which would result in the customer being responsible for the return/exchange. This is a well-known, universally-accepted policy. We apologize if you do not agree.

We regret to see this review Joan. A few notes about our company....we have been manufacturing Chinchilla food and supplies for over two decades, since 1998. Our food has been fed to ten of thousands of Chinchillas, who live long, happy lives. But don't take our word for it, we have thousands of five-star reviews across Google, Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, and Facebook to verify this. We are also trusted by over 200 universities, zoological parks, veterinarians, and research centers nationwide. A list of these institutions we supply to is available on our website. We are unsure what you are referring to when you mention our products being dangerous, nothing of the sort has been reported. We regret that you think we are only interesting 'lining our pockets'. When developing products, we work with everyone from Nutritional Experts to owners in the Chinchilla community to determine what is best for these animals. We have a $10,000 grant available to nonprofits at the moment. If you know of any Chinchilla Rescues who would like to apply for that, please send them our.
