Hello from Australia. I am so confused, thought I was buying a foundation and I have a white product that I guess is a solid moisturizer. Is there more coming or did I wrongly order!! Help please.

The product is great but the customer…
The product is great but the customer service is well, seemingly non-existent. I’ve sent emails and left phone messages in regards to an error in the shipping address all without a response. At this point I don’t know if or when I’ll receive my order.

Honestly
Honestly, the marketing was brilliant (skin cells want to be healthy messengers and all be alike type pretty words). Celebrity backers, miraculous reviews... I shelled out the ridiculous high amount hoping to get my miracle but it’s no genie in a bottle. It moisturizes and has ample lipids to retain moisture. But it’s no better than Oil of Olay, Neutrogena moisturizer or similar products. Keep your money, girl and get a massage or a pedicure!

The product was good but...
The product was good. Low stars rating due to the disgusting amount of wasteful packaging and not much actual product received for the cost. Will not purchase again.

It broke me out terribly and…
It broke me out terribly and consistently for about 2 months and I didn't notice a big difference between it and much cheaper options.

Eh. It’s fine.
Fine. I like the lotion, it’s just overpriced. I feel like the size of the bottle is misleading, seemed to run out in just a couple weeks (pump started sputtering). And it wasn’t from excessive use, I only used at night because it does not have sunscreen.
