Exodus BloodworkReviews of exodusbloodwork.com

Middle age entrepreneur Felt my body was off balance and getting worse Found Jordi and Conor on instagram so I set up a consultation. I felt from that first meeting they were the right fit for me, how they looked at everything and also how they analyse your bloodwork and general health. They quickly put a protocol together which I follow religiously and I’m genuinely in a much better place now, I’m staying with them until I feel 100% which I feel isn’t far off now. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I’m so glad I found them when I did ! Don L

Before starting I had a lot of issues relating to poor gut health, the likes of brain fog, fatigue, poor recovery after exercise, bloating and a lot of discomfort after eating certain foods. I was given a personal protocol to follow and I’m feeling much better for it, all my symptoms have decreased massively and I feel so much better on a daily basis. Working with the guys has been great, they’re always there to answer any questions I have and have been really supportive and helpful throughout the protocol, if I had an issues they’re always there to help me find the best solution that works for me.

Jordi and Connor are extremely data-driven and detail-oriented. I like that they are really systematic coaches, and even when I bring them very layered, complicated questions, they always give me clear and actionable answers. Their process is organized and dialed in, which makes them easy to work with, and the progress dashboard they have for me is always very clear. I work a highly stressful B2B tech sales job, and am an entrepreneur as well, and the supplement stack and protocols they've built for me have genuinely helped take the edge off that. Also, the at-home gym they set up for me has saved me so many hours and removed a ton of friction I'd otherwise spend commuting. Thank you Connor and Jordi!

I'm 49 and a high performance coach, so health is my work as much as my personal interest. My energy had been low for a while and I couldn't figure out why. I don't drink, I eat well, I train consistently, and I was still sitting at about a 5 or 6 out of 10 most days. I didn't want a basic blood test. With a standard panel everything comes back "within normal range" and that's the end of the conversation. I wanted to get into the detail and work with people who could get me into optimal range, not just normal. That's exactly what these lads do. I did a fair bit of research before choosing Exodus and what they were saying made sense to me. What I got back was a full protocol covering nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle, all built off what my bloods actually showed rather than generic advice. We went through it on one to one Zoom calls, and they've been on hand for questions ever since. I had plenty and they answered every one of them. We changed a few key things in my diet, added targeted supplementation, and tightened up a handful of daily habits. My energy has gone from a 5 or 6 to a consistent 8 or 9. I feel considerably better and, more importantly, I understand why. The biggest thing for me wasn't the results, it was the education and the know-how. I now know what I need to be doing daily and weekly and I can carry that for life. If you're serious about your health, your performance and your wellbeing, I'd highly recommend working with the lads at Exodus. One of the best decisions I've made for my own health.

Excellent support and a clear framework for success. I’ve really enjoyed working with Exodus. The support is always there and I know I can message whenever I want with any question or comment. Fundamentally the programme is excellent and I’ve really felt the difference. I hadn’t felt right for some time and getting the blood work done, following the protocols and feeling myself change has been really excellent. There’s also the right level of accountability and lack of judgement from Connor and Jordi. I don’t feel embarrassed to say ‘this week wasn’t the best’ but they support and challenge in equal measure. Would recommend highly.

I have decided to spend money on health coaching for the first time in my life. There is lots of free information out there online but it can get overwhelming. I thought I optimized a lot already but still I had reoccurring health problems and did not find the true cause. After joining the one to one coaching and exodus, I was not only held accountable by Jordi to do my best but also he gave me a detailed plan on what really matters. Everything is based on comprehensive bloodwork. No guessing games, just straightforward support and individual plans. You cannot find this anywhere else. What I really like about Exodus and the owners of the company is that they care about their clients. It has always felt like a real connection from person to person, man to man. After being part of the coaching for half a year, I felt like a new human being. I knew what worked for my body and what did not. You have to do the right things and what your body requires. Not what generic advice on the internet suggests. I would highly recommend Jordi’s and Connor’s work if you want to improve and optimize as a male. Everything is tailored to your needs.

For over two years I battled an eczema outbreak due to mold toxicity. I had essentially lost fire for life due to the constant pain and discomfort I experienced on a daily basis due to my skin being dry, cracked, itchy, etc. on a daily basis. This of course led to hormone disruption such as my energy. I got in touch with Jordi at exodus and got a full blood panel along with the protocol to attack the areas that needed to be. Since then my skin has been near perfect (March 2025-present day) and I have seen a steady improvement my daily life. I can go on and on about continuing in the protocol that was created for me and the drive for even better than what I have already experienced but I would say the community and friendship that has come out of working with exodus has been the biggest plus. Because I think I can speak for everyone when I say this, you lose more than just “feeling good” when you go through something as I did but you lose the desire for real connection with people around you due to circumstance and working with exodus was the start of getting that desire back.

Jordi and Connor offer an excellent and professional service. They are extremely knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. They have very good response times. I personally had excellent results and am extremely glad that I availed of their service as it has greatly improved my day to day life with things such as energy, drive and motivation. I would highly recommend the service to anybody who feels they are operating at a sub optimal level as the guys will be able to help you.
