The instructor was exceptional
The instructor was exceptional, I just would like to have the latest version of the tool in the lab VM. We were using a version from 2016 in 2022.

This training was well designed. Gary was an exceptional instructor - much better than I had hoped or expected. If I take another course, I would look for one for which Gary was the instructor.

The hands on experience was great to get to know Siebel for a newbie like me. Wished there were few more lab exercises but still the instructor was great in keeping our interests and answering our questions. Instructor was very knowledgeable and had answers to all the questions. Overall - was a great session to be part of.

This course was very helpful to me as a new database sysadmin. Our instructor was very pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable. The course exercises however were a little lacking. They were riddled with inconsistencies in naming convention, wrong data, spelling, and many were hard to follow. It was easy to tell these exercises were written by different people and crammed into a single class. So much so that there was an large errata file passed out to the class to show what the questions and exercises meant to say, or what the data should be instead of what you were reading. And during the course of the class, we found more that weren't on the list. If someone took the time to make an errata page, then there should have been time to fix these issues before presenting it to a class. This was a little unprofessional. Hire a Technical English writer to rewrite all your exercises in a clear, concise, non repetitive, without errors in data, way... But, all in all, I did enjoy the class, and learned alot.

Learned a lot, but could have been better if the pace had been slightly slower (lag issue was on our end, but we had no control over it)
