Ex-Freight ZetaReviews of exfreight.com

For several years now, we at Marvent GmbH have been using the services of Exfreight Europe BV to export—and primarily import—goods from the Americas and Asia. Beyond their competitive pricing and easy‑to‑use online booking platform, what I value most is the personal assistance we receive whenever a shipment requires the extra bit of attention. In this regard, Andreea from the AMS OPS team has been an outstanding support over the years: attentive, focused, and consistently solution‑oriented. We look forward to many more years of successful cooperation.

the communication and responsiveness from my Sales Representative Santiago was outstanding. Answered all my questions quickly without complaint to ensure I had all the information entered properly for my shipment. Updates are sent regularly.

On our last move, the Exports team, particularly Noelle, demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Her knowledge of exports and international logistics is impressive, and her responsiveness ensures every detail is handled flawlessly. I was particularly impressed by her flexibility in accommodating last-minute changes without any hassle. A truly customer-centric team that sets the standard for service excellence.
