I ordered 3 bottled of their shampoo last November and only received one message that my shipment might be affected by a strike of the shipping companies. I have contacted them twice by email since then with no response. We are now in February and I still have not received the order I paid for or heard from the company.

First time ordering from this site. Exederm waited several days, after credit card hard posted, and then they cancelled my 3 orders. Exederm stated the item was out of stock, yet I can still order them online. Won't be ordering from here again. Same experience happened to my friend as well.

SCAM! I placed Order #29957, and provided tracking number FedEx396182457372. This code doesn't work and I can't track my order. The money has already been deducted from my account, more than 10 days have passed and I have not received the product!
