We were picked up at the Tampa Int'l Airport. The driver was waiting for us in baggage pickup and helped us locate and transfer our luggage to his vehicle. He was very cordial and informative. He made our journey to the hotel very enjoyable.

The car service worked exactly as the instructions said it would. Had no problem at LAX - when we came out after baggage claim and texted the driver he was there to pick us up in about 10-15 minutes. Communication was good.
