They went above and beyond to make sure my item was delivered to the correct address. i had inadvertently used my Florida address. They were excellent!

I order 2 three piece bathing suits $39.99 each They finally came after almost 2 months They were made poorly and I did not like them Nothing came on the shipping package So I had to search for where to write to I wrote to them, did everything they asked , sent pictures etc They came back with we will give you a $13.00 refund and you can keep them I said absolutely not I will pay to send them back and I want a full refund Please Give me the address They then came back with a $16.00 refund and I can keep them Again I said absolutely not So we will go round and round until they stop asking Very frustrating I will never buy again from them and please don’t if you don’t want to get robbed!

Ordered two bathing suits in the beginning of June of this year and as of today, July 31, still have not received them. I reached out to them with numerous emails and when they do respond, which is not always, they say that there’s nothing they can do that. The items were shipped via third-party to the United States and it’s out of their hands. I’ve requested my money back numerous times yet they will not honor that request at all. Very disappointed do not order something if you need it right away because you will not get it on time or there’s a chance you might not get it at all, but your money has been taken.

Unable to track when my package would be delivered once in US.

The product was not as advertised. In fact I didn’t even get the same product that I ordered. I tried to return it and I’m still trying to return it, but nobody will get back to me.

The package arrived in two separate shipments and what I inquired about not having the tool. I got a response that was inappropriate. Worse than that I didn’t get instructions on how to use what they sent so it’s interesting as they might appear. I’ve got to figure out how to use them properly now.
