The problem is that the fees are huge, but the server is totally legit, the support is also pretty kind. The exchange was a little bit long (6 hours) but it is normal, it is because of blockchain transaction confirmations, even it was more long...

Owner is unprofessional. Fees are high and it takes over 24 hour to process my exchange. Their excuses are "busy" while having barely 5 tickets open. Owner does not like criticism and I would not be surprised if this review is going to be made fun of. It's hard to believe that the owner is even older than 18, he acts childish and incredibly unprofessional. The admins are great but not the owner. Would NOT recommend.

It's okay. They charge 10% fees which is an insane amount and I had to wait 46 minutes.

Hello, our fees are as they are because we currently do not require ID verification for our service. As for your wait, many things could cause this, however, the main reason we see longer wait times is because we can have over 20 active exchange requests within a short time.
