We had an excellent experience working with Exceptional Villas while planning our trip. From the very beginning, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. We are grateful to Aoife, who found the perfect location for us during an extremely busy time when no one else was able to secure a property. She was fast, organized, and wonderful to work with. Then our concierge, Noreen stepped in and has been absolutely outstanding! She has gone above and beyond helping us coordinate additional details, transportation, car rental, a private chef, and a tour. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and proactive communication have given us complete confidence heading into our trip! She was so sweet and pleasant through all of our communications! Based on the booking and planning experience alone, we highly recommend Exceptional Villas, especially Aoife & Noreen.

Planning a trip for three generations ranging in age from six to seventy is not easy, but their attention to detail and willingness to walk me through everything from our accommodations, meal planning, restaurant recommendations and reservations and other activities made planning a breeze! The Costaguti apartment was perfection. The property was wonderful. The house book was thorough. Although I wasn’t able to figure out the washer. An image of the panel with explanations of the icons would be helpful. As an art historian I especially appreciated the panels explaining the art. The cleaning staff was great. There were no unpleasant surprises.

Our trip to Villa Marie in Tuscany was absolutely incredible! The Villa was beyond spectacular. I cannot think of one negative aspect of the villa or the staff. Our travel planner, Elaine Donoghue was a true professional. She took such care in attending to all our wants and needs. She made sure each and every detail was perfect. The trip exceeded all of our expectations. I would highly recommend Exceptional Villas and if possible Elaine!
