I ordered a glass kraken alcohol container for over $60. When the payment was made, Exceptin.com charged $20 more than the agreed upon price. At that moment I contacted them and alerted them to the issue and asked them to cancel the order. They refused and said it was already in route. It took over two months to arrive. The $60 bottle has a cheap plastic lid. Has a sticker on it that misspells kraken. There is NO quality in this item. I wouldn’t even buy this at the dollar store before the dollar store upped its price. DO NOT fall for their bogus adds and misleading advertising. I knew something was wrong as soon as they overcharged me. When tracking the item, they said it was coming from Austria- it came from China. What a rip off. It’s tempting not to make a big deal about it because it’s incredibly embarrassing that I fell for this. I would have given them 0 stars but I couldn’t submit a review with 0. Do not order from them. I would not trust any favorable reviews. I’m sure they are AI or paid reviews. I wish i could include photos. What a joke!
