Excel Book WritingReviews of excelbookwriting.com

I had the most heartbreaking experience trying to get my book published. Thinking this was a reputable company, it would take me 5 months to realize they were scamming Americans. Whenever I would speak to Rachel (not her real name) I could hear people in the background, like it was a call center. The photo on Google is not their location; it's something completely different. As an author, this took the wind out of my sail. They said it was a money back guarantee. Another lie. Do yourself a favor and go to BookBaby or IngramSpark for your self-publishing services. They actually did what they said and it's literally up and running after three weeks. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

My experience, thus far, has been very good. Rachael, especially, has been helpful and always there when I needed her. Her work has been quite professional. Up to this point I think the rating is excellent however, I have not yet been able to rate the advertising and promotion of the book. All the steps seem to be in order, I am waiting to see what happens next.

Terrible. I felt like I was scammed. It’s been five months and they still haven’t published my book. I finally just figured out how to do it and published it myself. They won’t issue me a refund, like they guaranteed. I paid for marketing, an ISBN…. and got nothing. Truly displeased. This is a real review. I changed my name but I am a real person.

Very helpful, friendly and they got back to me if I had any questions.

Jonathan and chase have worked so hard on my book and done a fabulous job so far on it. Can’t wait to see the final product.

Daunting task! The writing of my book was 20 plus years in the making. I was nervous about the entire process knowing that “First Impressions” count and I wanted to make a Good First Impression … the EXCELL Staff was patient, respectful and kind… even through my breakdowns … about the project… they are professionally walking me through the process as a first timer and I BELIEVE my message is important and with their guidance I will be able to share it with my readers .. Thank You EXCELL Family

It's coming along good. I want to see more writing from everyone because I spoke into the book. There are lot mistakes which needs to be rewritten.

I doing my first book with Excel. I researched several companies. From the very beginning the customer service has been excellent. They have never pushed me into anything. They will help in any situation that you have or at least try. That has been my experience. I don't have a problem going to them with any issue if one arises because I know that they will fix it. I already feel like I have a friend there. I am comfortable with them. And that's hard for me. I recommend them with the highest level. Tank Hollywood aka jamie
