Overall the product and our experience with the software and support team has been great. They continue to add necessary features to keep ftp options available for our customers that want more and more automated workflows.

Easy to use interface. I use ExaVault for my clients, when I need them to send me large files in a secure manner. My customers come from all walks of life, and many do not have much computer knowledge. In spite of that, none of them had any issues to upload the files. I just send them a link and a password and they figure it out by themselves. They do not need to create accounts or anything. It’s straight forward. I would recommend it.

Provided the service I needed. Called and they walked me through my concerns i had and helped me understand my issues. My data is safe and stored online vs on a drive at my office or house. If something goes wrong I always know I have my copy with them as a backup no matter what. All in all a great service - been using them for a couple of yrs now and have no complaints. Exavault is a stable FTP that helps our small startup with big dreams run. They are a little slow to respond to tickets, but we don't have to write them very frequently.

The point of SaaS is that the service provider worries about the details, so you don't have to, and ExaVault does a good job of that. ExaVault is a turnkey service that requires no technical knowledge to use. I've used it for a couple of years now, setting up SFTP accounts for hundreds of my customers, and it's been convenient and reliable. I find the price reasonable. There's been only one period of downtime, lasting a few hours. Creating and managing users and folders through the web-based portal is easy. Users have been able to connect using FTP and SFTP clients without any trouble. If you have an time-sensitive tech support need, be sure to send it to the email address designated for urgent requests. Requests via phone or website may wait for days. Once I get through to the right support department, they're always courteous and responsive. The good news is I've only needed to contact support three times in two years. Mostly, the service just works! I would recommend ExaVault to anyone who needs an FTP or SFTP server and doesn't want to deal with managing their own hardware and software.
