We're finding ExaVault really convenient as a landing place for telemetered data-logger data and conveniently, securely sharing this data with various customers. I especially like our ability to have our brand on the page. One thing that I wish you could do is retrospectively change/divide the access permissions for folders/sub-folders that have already been created. We made a number of folders under a main folder only to find that we couldn't modify access permissions in the way we desired. We ended up having to create multiple new root folders and allocate/restrict access that way. Some of this hinged on the need to program our data-loggers to drop the data in a specified folder. Not a biggie but slightly less convenient than we thought it would be.

I use this service to upload pictures to a remote location. Never had anything go wrong. Great interface. Overall, a great product and a great company. It is always up, and a safe place to save your files!

The service was really fast and the guys did everything to help out

Good service, good reliability, no problem ! We just experience slow uploads and downloads for large files, maybe because we are in Europe ? Faster would be better ...

I'm a web designer with a client who needed to integrate Exavault into his new site. I came across some issues and so contacted Exavault. Though it was the weekend, David was prompt to reply and we quickly solved one of my issues. The other would be nice to have, and I was a bit disappointed that Exavault's literature oversold their theme-customization options, but David explained that a solution required development work on their end, and promised to pass on my comment. Everything is up and running and my client is happy. Great service overall. Thanks, David.

I just recently signed up with ExaVault. After much searching, they were one of the view services that met all the criteria for my needs including the ability to securely send password protected files to clients. They have been very quick to respond to any requests I've sent (initially contacting them via email seems to be best), and have been very helpful. Having just started working with them, I hope to follow up this review in the future with an even better evaluation.

ExaVault makes my life as a photographer super easy. I use it to send photos to my clients and the process is very smooth. I really like ExaVault's interface, it gives me enough options to help me easily organize tens of thousands of files, but is simple enough to "get out of the way" when I'm working. When I've contacted ExaVault's support team, they have always been very knowledgeable and friendly (and patient!) with my questions.
