Short Staffed / May Not Be Able To Help

I reached out to them about 6 classes a mix of accounting, tax and payroll. They said they could only do the accounting classes. I sent all the syllabus as requested for them to review. Keep in mind it took me 12 hours to do 13 chapters of work and take the multiple choice quizzes for just one accountant class. After they reviewed everything, the person said they only had one accounting person available and it would take them 1 week to do the class. This is all open book and multiple choice, so I guess maybe I should sign up and work for them to make some extra money. They appear legit just don't have enough workers to do the work would be my assessment. People should definitely try. It took me 1 hour and 15 mins to go through the assessment process to get a no, so hopefully it wont take anyone else that amount of time.

Thank you for your review. - We would say that 1 hour and 15 mins to go over 6 different syllabus is not a long process. We have to engage multiple specialists to look over them. - If it took you 12 hours to do 13 chapters worth of work than why did you need us... Also, giving you a 1 week ball park to complete you class is very fair considering that anything can come up that could delay the process. It does not mean that we can not have done the class sooner. Better be safe then risk creating a bad experience. - We only take work we can do very well on and that is why we said we can only do one of your classes. Your classes were very unusual accounting classes that we rarely get requests for. We are well staffed. We just do not cover some subjects because it is not worth it. - 90% of students ask for Managerial, Financial and Intermediate accounting which we have plenty of staff for. This rating does not reflect us taking our time to review your classes and being honest about what we can and can not do to help you. You should leave this rating for the many scam sites out there....
