I appreciated the continual update on the status of my parcel. I am disappointed with the product as the connection for the hose is not compatible. Disappointed.

Very efficient and good communication

The product seems to work. The problem is that there are no instructions on how much powder to how much water to use. Am I using enough or too much? I have no clue. Advice please.

keeping me informed reguiarly on the status of my shipment

The whole process from start to finish was flawless; my dog grooming brush was delivered way before the projected arrival date.

Good delivered

I wanted something to travel with so I wasn't carrying wet facecloths. These are compact but when soaked in water they are strong and you can dry them out and use them again! Will definitely be buying these again.

Great I'm deaf and I see all good thanks
