Received my chair damaged with a large hole in it. Damaged during shipping. Was offered a £20 refund which isn't sufficient. I asked them to either up their offer, send me a replacement part, or collect and refund in full. All my e-mails since have been ignored. I've had to open a PayPal case. Do not buy from this company.

Constant excuses and the attitude of one of staff is disgusting! Telling me she wish I would wait! It’s not exactly a small amount of money for me to not be bothered! I ordered on 8-11-2020 it’s been 21 days. Contacted Yodel who do not even have the gaming chair. Absolutely disgusted at your lack of customer service and lack of care and being unable to call someone to speak to them instead of being ignored over emails! . I have been fobbed off numerous times with different excuses and enough is enough now first it was the chair had been dispatched and would arrive in 3-5 business days, then it was within a week, then it was blaming Yodel saying they are not making deliveries which is a blatant lie. Then I receive and email in which the customer service agent wrote “ I wish you would just wait” no sorry after 21 days and no chair which was a birthday present I will not just wait! Rude and unprofessional.

Never have I had the displeasure of ordering from such a corrupt company. I ordered the RGB 2.0 gaming desk and chair bundle from E-win. Just to have them email me 3 days later telling me the desk I ordered was not in stock offering to send me a different model at no charge to which I refused and demanded my money back. Three separate emails to them went unanswered and it has been weeks. Now I’ve had to launch a full investigation through PayPal and Visa to try and get the hundreds of dollars I spent back for a product that was never even sent to me. This company is a total scam. Please if you are reading this stay away at all costs.

Frame of my chair broke, they tried telling me it was a screw and wanted to charge me $165 to ship a new seat bottom. When I sent photos that it was indeed the frame and not a "screw", they stopped replying to any emails. They won't warranty anything. They quickly replied before when they wanted to charge me 77% of the price of a brand new chair just for a replacement seat BOTTOM.

Gotta say I never got to try a chair. Ordered one at significant cost and in a color that was available on line. After placing the order and waiting for a few days I contacted them for an update and was informed there was a backlog and would be shipped by end of day. Contacted again following week and was told it would be shipped by end of the week. Halfway through the week I was informed that stock was damaged and they couldn't fill order. Refund was offered which I accepted - but I have been told it will be sent end of this week or next week. I strongly recommend not to buy from E-Win a company that cant fill orders or provide a prompt refund :(

horrible customer service. Bought a chair from them and the seat cushion tore. After multiple emails nothing. No replacement and they don't even abide by their warranty. Don't buy from them or waste your time. Better companies out there.

After I made an order, I received an email from telling me there was a delay in shipping. I requested to cancel the order and received a response that I will receive a refund. Over a month later I receive an email saying they shipped my cancelled order. I went on the website to chat and find out why my order was not shipped only for them to leave the chat with no response. Through email they tell me they can't do anything for me, even though it is their mistake. In the meantime, I bought a Maxnomic seat that came within 1 week and great customer service. Don't make the same mistake I did when there are so many better companies out there.

I purchased one of their chairs on Amazon just a little more than a year ago. The chair was great until a few weeks ago when things just started falling apart, almost exactly at the one year mark of owning it. The pleather on the arms is peeling from underneath and one of the casters keeps falling out from the wheelbase because the corrugated plastic that holds them in cracking. I contacted their customer service asking for either a replacement of the base or even an option to purchase a new base. After sending photos of the damage I was told there was nothing they could do since I bought the chair through Amazon...HOWEVER...if I would leave reviews for them on Facebook and Trustpiolit they would send a replacement ASAP. Has to make you wonder how many other people get this kind of "offer" for service and how many of the positive reviews are true or simply part of a bribe to get help. I'll just go buy a better chair from a more reputable company.
