DO NOT PAY THESE FRAUDSTERS ANY MONEY This really needs 0 stars. My experience precisely echoes that of many other complainants. Ewin will employ many cynical tactics avoid upholding the warranty that they advertise on their site. It's all lies. There is no warranty. It doesn't exist because they are just Chinese drop-shippers. Once they've got your money you'll be lied to and ghosted when (not if) your chair fails/falls apart. My chair only took TWO WEEKS to break. Every single positive review on this site is either paid for or tricked into posting (with a false promise of a replacement part in return for a replacement part that should have been sent for free, with no strings attached, under warranty). They tried that trick with me as well, but I'm not buying it. Ewin - here's your review. Now where's my replacement recliner unit? (11 months and waiting)

SCAMMER ALERT Paid for a chair and never received it. Sent multiple emails and they NEVER replied. Notice that their website does not show any phone number you can call. And their "messenger" online chat never gets replied either. Positive reviews posted here were paid by ewinracing.com.au. I'm now going through the lengthy payment dispute process with my bank hoping to recover my money.

I don’t believe nor trust Ewin/Trustpilot or any company that supports this company and only highlights positive reviews. For months the positive reviews have the exact same responses and are processed on the same date. After Ewin failed to respond and resolve our issue with their defective chair including not refunding the purchase price. I drove to the business address and it was abandoned. I have the pictures. Someone is lying!

Terrible customer service. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone by email, phone or livechat. They never even answer the livechat during the hours it should be available. Their products might be passable if you have no issues with shipping or the item itself that you'd need to contact them, else you're out of luck.

Hello everyone, so I'm writing this review because I thought at one point this desk was going to be awesome (EWIN 2.0 RGB Gaming Desk) Instead, I got it put it together, fell in love with it, then one day it just stopped working. Wouldn't light up or anything. Checked all cables, checked all connections. Nothing. Contacted support and they responded fairly quickly but it took the piece about 2 months to get here and now upon looking at it it's the wrong piece. I had to constantly email to check status because there was no word of where the piece was for the entire time. I've heard of people saying their bad reviews being removed by the company, so I'm going to copy and paste this review to repost Incase of such an incident. I will gladly update this and give it a 5 star when I can get this $400 desk working the way it's supposed to be working.

This is a product I would not recommend to anyone least of all a friend. It's quality of build is nowhere near their claims. The base is cheap made of steel with shoddy welds, the tilt mechanism is poor quality, the handles are very cheap and flimsy, the wheels are cheap plastic and the base isset so far back that if you don't have one of the legs pointing forward it tends to want to tip over. the pillow and the backrest are very uncomfortable made of hard foam that digs into your back and offers no cushioning to your neck. They lied about the value and country of manufacture which raised a red flag with Revenue Canada who seized it and wouldn't release it until I took care of taxes and duties which a reputable company would have taken care of, being that I bought it on a Canadian web site. It does not compare to a chair I bought from Andaseat. The quality of the packing was far from adequate a few pieces of cardboard and foam, I'm surprised the chair was undamaged. I would have returned it but the shipping and restocking fees would have been over $100 and that would have been if they would accept a return.

Awful company. DO NOT BUY. This company is just god awful. The customer service is non existant, and thanks only to paypal i managed to get my money back. Ordered a chair IN STOCK feb 10. Order was accepted and payment too (as i mentioned it's paypal, so it's pretty much automatic). The order doesn't update for 5 days (when in their own website they say they ship in 3/5 working days) so i contact them BOTH via email and their website form after 5 working days have passed. No reply. I waited another 3 working days (mind you, WORKING DAYS, not the weekend) and i pretty much copy pasted the same email asking about why my order wasn't getting an update since now it was 8 working days after it was placed. Still nothing. I wait another 6 days (4 working days, the weekend was in between) and send them another email AND another message via their website form that if by friday feb 26th i still don't receive any updates (mind you, im not even asking for my order, i simply want to know what the hell is going on here) i will ask directly paypal for a refund because at this point im frankly done having to deal with such an incompetent brand and customer service. Low and behold, still no answer. Having said that, contacted paypal yesterday (feb 28th sunday) and today i get notified i got a full refund. Thank god paypal exists. I know i typed such a long post but i wanted to show you that my experience was genuine and not simply a hate spawned review. NEVER EVER do business with this company, PLEASE.

Ordered a chair over a month ago, they took the money immediately and sent me an email stating they ran out of stock on the colour i had chosen (Red) and they could send a Blue version right away if I choose to. I responded to the email asking how long until the Red version was back in stock, no reply. Tried contacting through more emails and messages on the website and still no response. 3 weeks later and still nothing at all so I filed a report with PayPal to get my money back which I got today as they didn't respond to PayPal either. Avoid at all costs.
