Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you encountered, especially regarding the lack of notification about the expiration of your credits. We understand how frustrating it must have been to return to your photography work after a family-related pause, only to find your credits had expired. We are pleased to hear that our customer service team has contacted you and resolved the issue. We are committed to ensuring that all customers are clearly informed about our service terms and any changes in options at the time of purchase. To address this concern, we have now included clear time notifications on our purchase page, as well as on the purchase confirmation page, indicating the validity period of the credits. We hope this improvement meets your expectations and provides greater clarity moving forward. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we will use it as an opportunity to improve our communication processes to prevent similar situations in the future. Thank you for your understanding and patience. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Warm regards.

We're excited to let you know that Evoto allows you to select individual faces for personalized editing. You can visit our website and go to the help & support page, then click on quick start to explore more features. If you're working with multiple photos of the same individual, we'll automatically sync the settings for quick and easy retouching across all those images in the same project. For removing redness from newborn skin, Evoto's AI unify face complexion under Skin Retouching feature group would be the perfect solution for you. And the best part? Evoto is free to download and use! You can preview your images with all the effects applied for free, and you'll only be charged when you decide to export. We highly recommend giving it a try!
