What a game-changer this program is for headshots! I spend about a third of the time retouching images ... without sacrificing quality. This program has cut our editing time in half! We love that it is not as clunky as the editing program that we have used for years. The editing capabilities are phenomena for every situation good, bad and indifferent that we have run through. It is teachable software and will help our business expand by allowing us to spend less time behind the screen. We absolutely love that this software is not cloud based but is local to our computer, keeping the privacy of our images in our control. The customer service is top notch. They want your feedback and reach out to make sure you get the most out of what the program offers. They allowed us to book a time that was good for us to speak. Our meeting with them was not about upselling or contracts or making deals. Instead, she asked questions, she listened. We were asked how we liked the software; she was interested in what our workflow looked like and after active listening, she showed us how to make our workflow smoother. She showed us features that were either just added or that we had not stumbled upon, yet. She asked what features we would most like to see and was genuinely interested. We have used a lot of different software over the years and the customer service and experience is impressive.
