Seven day trial- I uploaded the app on my iPhone, but wanted to use it on my desktop and I realized after I spent an hour editing one image , and I saw their Watermark, I decided to pay for the program. I was told to pay from my iPad. I originally signed up and installed on my iPhone. You can’t just sign in with the password you have to receive a code for everything! To avoid the Watermark I decided to pay for a subscription only to find out every option was “grayed out” I appreciate that because now I have no interest in investing in this program ever. Thank you all for writing your experiences, because it is clear when you have a project with deadlines and they tell you they will get back to you with in 1 to 3 days, their App as well as DESKTOP for mac computers, obviously needs major fixes. They are not ready for primetime! This is clearly evident from the one star reviews.

Nach einer erneuten Anmeldung per Verifizierungscode standen mir vertraglich gebuchte Funktionen, insbesondere die Bilderweiterung, nicht mehr wie gewohnt zur Verfügung. Der bisher vorhandene Kredit-/Funktionsbutton fehlte, eine Bearbeitung oder ein Download war nicht mehr möglich. Besonders problematisch: Mehrere E-Mail-Adressen aus Rechnungen und früheren Nachrichten waren offenbar nicht zustellbar. Ich musste erst selbst recherchieren, welche Kontaktadresse überhaupt erreichbar sein könnte. Für einen bezahlten Dienst ist das sehr enttäuschend. Ich erwarte eine klare Klärung, eine funktionierende Kontaktadresse und die Wiederherstellung der gebuchten Leistungen. ///I am currently very disappointed with Evoto’s service. After I was asked to log in again using a verification code, the features I had paid for were no longer available as before, especially the image expansion function. The credit/function button was missing, and I could no longer edit or download my images properly. What makes this even more frustrating is that several email addresses from invoices and previous messages appeared to be unreachable. I had to research myself which contact address might still be valid. For a paid service, this is very disappointing. I expect a clear explanation, a reliable contact address, and the restoration of the services I paid for.

DO NOT BUY IT - IT’S A SCAM!!! Dirty cheating, fraudulent company. I purchased credits for a lot of money, but they still don’t allow me to download the images.

I subscribed to Evoto AI on April 28, 2026, expecting to be able to use all features before my deadline. As of May 4, 2026, the subscription has still not been activated due to issues with your internal payment processing through Paddle. Aside from repeated promotional emails, constant delays, and postponed resolutions, I have received nothing so far except a charge of 75 euros from my account, along with a significant amount of stress and wasted time.I also feel that, as a customer, I have been misled regarding the timeframe for subscription activation. I have never encountered such a situation with other services

I had to pay TWICE!!! I spent $1200 for credits and now they are forcing me to spend hundreds of dollars more to use the rest of my credits. This is outrageous!!! They hold your purchased credits hostage and force you into a subscription plan that will cost you hundreds of dollars and yes even over $1200 a year. I started with evoto when they were newer and they were a “Pay Per Credit” model. You bought credits to edit each photo. Once you ran out of credits, you bought more to edit more. They have been running sales where I stock up on credits. Last spring I bought their biggest sale ever and spent $1200 for 24,000 credits. Credits never had an expiration. It was a simple to use and purchase product. Now the company wants to move to a subscription based model so they can charge a ton more. I have 16,000 credits left from the package I ALREADY PURCHASED…. But I just got an email from evoto saying they are going to wipeout my account of ALL of the credits – the only way to save my (already purchased) credits is to join their subscription plan. And you can’t just join the cheaper packages… it’s complicated. I need to buy a mid level or high level package in order to keep all of my credits!!! Just to give you an idea, their Standard pan is $579/ year and the next level plan is $1339/ year. And if you don’t use all the credits, you loose them unless you buy into another big plan where you get more credits that you can’t finish using. I just spent a lot of time reading the ‘fine print” of their new model of subscription packages. It’s deceiving and complicated. It’s ridiculous that I have to pay more to use the credits I ALREADY bought for $1200. They are literally holding my 16k credits hostage. I either buy into their subscription plan or loose everything I paid for. There are too many new AI software programs out now that are amazing which aren’t going to cost you hundreds or even thousands of dollars a year – then keep you trapped!

So, please help me understand. You, EVOTO are becoming, if not already a global stablished brand of a field that needs same day support on technical issues for the most part. BUT your Help/ Support/ Contact Us Tab is not really a thing at all. - You don't offer a phone number - You don't have or offer live chat support - and your contact form has an automatic msg that someone from your team will be in touch within the 1 - 3 BUSINESS DAYS?? Yes, you are a fantastic new tool, but there is also competition out there... don't be surprise if customers start dropping over time due to the lack / non-existence customer support. advise.. your customers are the ones helping you grow. Keep them in mind. Might want to learn a thing or two from PHOTOSHOP in that field.

I like the software, but the customer support is woeful. Every time I have a tech issue, I have to send an email, wait up to 3 days for a reply, follow the troubleshooting steps they suggest, send that off, then wait up to 3 more days for a reply, and on and on. There is no support in real time, such as Adobe offers. On top of that, it seems the reply is AI-generated as there are repeated sentences and extremely clunky phrasing. 7 out of 10 for the software - 1 out of 10 for customer support. Once they have your money, you're basically on your own if there are any issues, which you can expect.

Program keeps logging me out and requiring me to reenter my information- sends a code to my email and I don't receive it in either my general or spam. then I'm required to wait 1-3 bd for a response which is inconvenient when my editing it designated to weekends.
