Disappointed with the product I received it is a GPS bracket more precisely the actual part that holds the GPS to the bracket, my original one snapped after a few years of use on my Triumph Tiger 1200 XCA. Not cheap I brought one because I needed it, unfortunately Evotech do not give you enough screws for the cable holders they send with the pack, I have six cable holders with two screws in the set? My old original one has spring washers on the four screws that hold it to the bracket, none in the new set I ordered so have had to use the old ones, overall very disappointed with Evotech. For the price you pay for Evotech products I expected a full set of screws, now I have to try and find these myself. Would I buy another Evotech product the answer is no there are plenty of other options out there, the customer service also is very poor. I send several emails to find out the parts I needed not a single reply in the UK.

Quality materials. Well made with a quality finish. Enhances the look of the bike usually but..... XSR900GP bar end mirrors leave a big gap at the end of the clip on. The end caps don't go far enough so there's an inch silver strip of bar left exposed. Looks terrible. Usually evotech products enhance the look but these make it look cheap and un finished. Shame as the other products are well thought out

The product is great, as ordered many times from them. Unfortunately it's the customer service that is super weak. Parcel is on hold by DHL for over a week now, and customer services absolutely do not care. Every next day I call them, they just ask me to call tomorrow. It's very sad when great quality products are being shadowed by an absolute trash customer support who do not want to assist in customers actually getting their orders.

I bought a TomTom mount for my Tiger 900 GT Pro from Evotech, but could not get the fitting holes to line up and in trying to get the mount to fit managed to wreck one of the threads on the bike. I contacted Evotech, with a photo of the issue and got a very negative reply, basically indicating it's my fault. They finally agreed to a refund and today I've had the refund through but they have charged me for delivery, even though the mount did not fit. Whilst the mount was well packaged I read some comments afterwards that it shook a lot so in a way this worked out for the best as I bought a mount from eBay at half the price which seems to be much better.

Good products but extremely poor shipping due to the fact they use Royal Mail. It’s a shame they don’t use a better courier, it’s not like they don’t charge high enough shipping fee
