I'm a low end user for over 2 years. The product works smoothly! When I have questions or issues, the team is quick to respond and make me happy. Their new evoftp program is fantastic. SFTP transfers better than other programs I use. Overall ... I'm getting more than my money's worth and know I there is a great team working there.

Okay, where to start.. purchase them from a recommendation. I know there's a lot of seedboxes out there, but initially my intention just to seed. along the way, I learned that there's a lot of things that I can do with a seedbox besides seed (I'm still new). What stands apart? customer service. I'm used to "if I have a problem, I would rather have a live chat" kinda method. so it's not easy for me to submit a ticket, waiting for respond. However, what I realize is, the extend of support that they will do to their customer, not just answering questions. I kinda like this method. they know what they're doing and they're expert in this. surprisingly that they're not a popular seedbox (at the moment) but I think I kinda like when they're 'underground' seedbox (haha). anyway, with the prices that's cheap, steady seedbox and great customer service, definitely recommend you guys to purchase and test it out. you won't regret. oh ya, there's lot of new features that they rolling in from time to time and surely I take advantage on that! thank you evo and keep up the great work!

I have been using EvoSeedbox for years so what follows is a review based on a deep history of experience. Overall, the reason I've stuck with them for so long isn't that their sevice is perfect, but because their customer support when there have been problems has been consistently impressive - fast, thorough, attentive, detailed. This is huge because there are ALWAYS problems in life. I would rather work with any service provider for anything - seedbox, auto mechanic, plumber, whatever - who gets things right 95% of the time and diligently and reliant fixes the 5% that goes wrong, than someone who gets things right 99% of the time but is nowhere to be seen when the 1% happens. And overall, my experience... again, over many years... has been that EvoSeedbox has been pretty reliable. The fact that they are ridiculously cheap is icing on the cake. I'll stick with these guys as long as they're in business. I know this might sound like a paid endorsement but it isn't. I simply think people vocally complain when things go wrong and should be equally vocal when things go above and beyond.
